Fresh Cars Pte Ltd – Operations Intern

Fresh Cars Pte Ltd is an established car rental company located in the eastern side of Singapore. We specialize in car rental to individual clients for private hire use, corporate rental to companies, and private rental to individuals. The company fleet has grown quickly from 20 cars in 2016 to over 200 cars in 2020, making us one of the fastest-growing car rental companies in Singapore.

Our company is embarking on a new project to explore delivery with our rental vehicles. We will be hiring interns to work on this project with the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in forecast planning
• Assist the Manager in planning and scheduling delivery orders in accordance with demand and available drivers and vehicles
• Coordinate with external project supervisors on work prioritization according to the delivery schedule
• Monitoring of delivery drivers via a system to ensure the delivery schedule is on track
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding delivery targets and schedule
• Assist in all other marketing activities.
• Maintaining and filing documents relating to vehicles and drivers
• Data entry and ad hoc duties as assigned.
