French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore – Events & Communication Assistant (Intern)

The French Chamber of commerce in Singapore is looking for a

Digital marketing, communication and events intern

for a 6 to 8 months full-time internship starting from May 2021

The Events and Communication Assistant will be working in the Member Services and Communication Department of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, with a special focus on:

So Chic

• Redaction of articles for our publications: So Chic Website, social media and Focus magazine
• Prepare and send the So Chic Newsletter 1/month
• Help on the day to day management of So Chic Retail &Dining Guide
• IG, Facebook page animation and posts
• Website: Creation and update of So Chic brand pages
• Partnership coordination with the So Chic brands : brand news, campaigns, communication etc
• Organisation and Follow up on Instagram campaigns (‘Giveaways’ or others)
• Help in the organisation of French Experiences, Boutique Fairs, and other events (Voilah! Festival, etc )
• Update and participate to the Editorial planning
• Help to work on new projects

Events and Committees

• Assist with French Chamber online and physical events
• Work on the organization of events and committee meetings, Breakfast talks and Luncheons talks (preparation, attendance and follow up)

Requirements

• Student in Business Administration, Event or Marketing (Bachelor, Master)
• Appetite for digital marketing, content production and event management
• Languages: Fluent in English, French is a plus to liaise with the clients.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills – able to promote French Chamber service
• Strong project management and organization skills, rigorous, detail-oriented
• Autonomous, solution-oriented, able to deal with responsibilities and customer relationships
