Members-only lounge offering premium and unique whiskies
Date of commencement: ASAP
Operating hours: Monday-Friday 4-1030pm (transport claimable after 1130pm)

- Job Description
Job scope:
- Taking Inventory daily and Reordering Supplies
- Ensuring cleanliness of the bar premises
- Managing Delivery Orders
- Ensure all transactions and banking are conducted with no variance and report sales daily
- Managing, training and scheduling staff
- Ensuring service excellence
- Working in harmony with diverse personalities with management, patrons and staff members
- Scripting standard operation procedure and ensuring all opening and closing duties are fulfilled
- Planning and taking part in promotional events
- Drive Sales, suggestive selling, up-selling and achieving sales target
- Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation
- Negotiating Supplier Contracts
