- Job Description
- Provide IT Support to office operations
- IT troubleshoot and respond to IT queries
- Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops
- Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
- Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners
- Handle other adhoc IT and Infrastructure duties as assigned
