- Assist with the preventive maintenance programme weekly and document in the shared drive.
- Assist and carry out the proposed maintenance of guest rooms or public areas.
- In charge of Maintenance calls, logging and action while on duty.
- Ensure all types of equipment are checked regularly for proper and efficient operation.
-Assist with the maintenance request forms filled out for all equipment or areas in need of repair.
- In charge of guest requests for maintenance works during shift.
- Assist with any electricity and light failure and during shifts in the hotels.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks in engineering work.
- Assist with inventory ordering to ensure sufficient supplies to carry out the maintenance works.
