Job Description

Urgent Part Time Sales Executive High Commission Digital Marketing


We’re looking for driven and ambitious Part Time Sales Executives to join our growing team.

You need to be a hard worker, an achiever, and willing to learn.

- Flexible, part-time hours – 12 hours in office per week, 2-3 days. Work-from-home hours negotiable.

- High Commission. We are very generous with commission & will be happy to provide increment (subject to review) should you prove yourself long term.


Commitment period:

Immediate. At least 3 months from start date.


Remuneration:

Base $500 / month, Sales Commission 10% per transaction for first 5 transactions. 15% for the next 5 and 20% for the next 5 per month. No cap on total commission.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research on potential clients & generate sales leads from services they may require

- Respond promptly & adequately to client inquiries

- Coordinate, liaise with & visit potential clients to generate sales

- Execute deliverables to an exacting standard of quality work

- Thorough preparation of client briefs / mock-ups

- Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders

- Build & maintain Client Portfolio, align service offerings to client needs

- Ensure appropriate client handover

- Generate weekly sales reports

- Work closely with the director, creative and business development teams

- Work independently, multitask


Requirements:

- Working knowledge of digital marketing (you can educate yourself within 2 hours on google)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Goggle Docs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Social Media 

- Working knowledge of Adobe illustrator / Canva / Instagram Content Creation tools (not compulsory but an advantage)

- Good command of English and / or a second language

- Efficient, Team player, excellent communication skills, persuasive, upbeat

- Must be comfortable with travelling around the island (within reason)

- Is responsible, determined, ethical.

- Ex or Part time Insurance agents / sales people preferred but not mandatory

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
