Formative Search – Operations Intern (Recruitment)

What will you be doing?

• Invoice to customers for placements and make payments to service providers.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain the scheduling of the team’s calendars with candidates, clients, and other appointments.
• Assist the Co-Founders and team members in delivering marketing strategies and materials to drive sales.
• Support the team with ad-hoc administration requests, and frequent data-entry.
• Research for various information and solutions based on requests from the team.
• Work closely with founders, partners, and service providers to coordinate events, trainings, etc.
• Help in the formatting of CVs, adjusting legal documents, and creating other documents using templates.
• Manage the CRM regarding input of new applicants, customers, and jobs.
• Optimise and streamline current systems and processes and implement suggested improvements.
• Organise hard copy receipts and documents for filing purposes.
