For the Love of Laundry Pte Ltd – Customer Service Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Respond to customer queries via telephone, SMS/WA, email or websites
• Handle in-coming call enquiry and follow-up with customer when necessary in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction with high service standards
• Register new customers and update customer database including past interactions
• Create an efficient delivery schedule based on customer's preferred timing and location
• Update customers of any discrepancies related to their clothing sent to us for cleaning
• Ensure optimum inventory supplies in office and operations
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

• at least 1-year relevant experience in customer service and administration
• GCE ' O'/'A' Level, HNITEC / NITEC or Diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented with ability to build customer relationships and rapport
• Meticulous, detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Able to work independently or in a team environment

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
