FoodRazor helps restaurants worldwide on their digital transformation journey. We support their back office operations by digitizing their vendor invoices, providing detailed food cost insights, and streamlining their food ordering. FoodRazor serves hundreds of SME restaurants worldwide, helping them save hours of inefficient time every month, provide greater control of the business to owners, and help improve precious margins.
FoodRazor is looking for someone who can help manage and improve the FoodRazor app. As a product owner you will help define the customer journey, championing the needs and behavior of users as we seek to develop new features and enhancements. This role is iedal for those looking for product management experience.
You will have some technical skills, but more importantly you will be able to carefully put yourself in the shoes of restaurant owners and managers to try and understand how FoodRazor can help solve their pain points.
Control the ticketing system, helping to funnel feedback from users into actionable tasks for the tech team.
Visualize and defend the user experience on our different apps; create and define the customer journey.
Be a champion for the different users to thus be able to recommend changes in the flow of our product that will increase satisfaction, ease onboarding, and reduce churn.
Oversee QA process before deployment of new versions of the product
Knowledge of product management/product development. Some experience preferred.
Some coding skills preferred.
The ability to think critically and deeply about the needs of the users, and how they translate into actionable tasks for FoodRazor.
Experience in F&B an added plus.
