We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Content Intern for our team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit the content for an online food delivery website
- Achieve individual productivity targets and collective targets of the team
- Adhere to the predefined quality standards; ranges from inputting data, menu items, prices etc
- Create contents for key brands to be featured on the website
- Edit and proofread information to ensure quality and accuracy of content
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the business operates smoothly
- Optimize and enhance user experience
- Develop and retain knowledge about local cuisine types in Singapore; better understanding of ingredients, cooking techniques to aid in better content generation
Requirements:
- Outstanding degree in business, economics or a quantitative field
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce preferred
- Strong authoring, editing and reviewing skills
- Team-player with strong work ethics
- Meticulous, self-starter and highly motivated
- Experience in back-end processes such as data-entry, data upload and catalogue management
- High level of typing speed and attention to detail is a requirement (minimum 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy)
