Food People – eCommerce and Marketing Intern

Chung Hwa Food / Food People was a local food manufacturer and importer established in 1974. We aim to leverage on the integrity of Singapore’s reputation on its food regulations and standards by using Singapore as a platform to import and export own brands, OEM, and Co-branded products to and from Singapore and Taiwan respectively, and thereafter into their respective regions over medium and long terms. Our vision is to lay a strong foundation for CH to be able to grow steadily and more rapidly on a sustainable basis. This will be made possible by capitalizing on the rising economies in the Asia region via inviting strategic partners to jointly address the requirements of the ASEAN markets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain creatives for marketing materials
• Coordinate meetings with marketing partners and executive team members
• Update and gather marketing sales and trends reports
• Attend team meetings to discuss upcoming sales goals and objectives
• Monitor marketing trends and company social media accounts.
• Interacting with customers to resolve unsatisfactory performances and understanding the customer demographic.
• Getting involved with the operations when necessary

• Gain knowledge in operating social media and marketing platforms
• Learn how to set up promotions for upcoming campaigns on ecommerce store
• Gain knowledge in implement marketing ideas
• Learn how to work across departments to ensure the feasibility of any campaigns
• Learn how to plan for marketing campaigns and execute it.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing experience in the field.
• Creative and innovative ideas.
• Basic knowledge in analytics and report generation.
• Analytical to interpret reports.

Good time management and have a sense of urgency.
