Food Manufacturing – Production Operator (Coldroom Warehouse – Storeman)

At our 18,000-sqft central kitchen, we have multiple lines of modern production equipment designed for high volume output with quality consistency. Every year, we manufacture more than 1.5 million pieces of food products.

We produce a wide range of halal-certified products, from ready meals to customised food products for major F&B brands. We also produce extensive bakery and hot kitchen products, including pizzas, sandwiches, cakes and breads, as well as sauces and pastes.

Job scope

• To perform receiving and issuing of stock (for both raw material & finished goods)
• To sort, organize and store goods in designated locations, according to First In First Out (FIFO) 
• To assist the operational activities in the scheduling packing, issuing of products and delivery Packing of customer orders according to the invoice/packing list.
• To receive finished products from production and store in the warehouse for direct issuance or transfer to warehouse.
• Conduct visual inspection; ensure proper labels and good physical condition (packaging) of the products and materials.
• To check that all incoming raw materials received are of approved specifications before receipt. 
• To ensure Purchase Order tally with the quantity of goods to be sent out
• To check all outgoing products and materials are correct in terms of quantity and in good physical condition before dispatch
• To maximise the storage in warehouse and coldroom with good.
• Maintain stock accuracy and good housekeeping. 
• To identify and segregate non-conforming products found and report accordingly.
• To participate in company monthly stock-take

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean may apply
• At least 2 years of working experience in a warehouse /cold room environment.
• Detailed and task-oriented
• Physical strength required during the course of work
• Hardworking and able to work with minimum supervision 
• Works well in a team, actively communicates with team members
• Possess a valid forklift licence would be an advantage
• Specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Skills: Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel)
• Able to multi task with good time management
