We are looking for fun and energetic Sales Administrative Assistant perform and support us with various admin and sales backend related work.

 Job responsibilities;

• Attend to sales queries and prepare quotations
• Maintain good relationship with existing customer
• Sourcing of ad hoc goods and supplies
• Assist manager with ad-hoc duties supporting the sales team
• Provide general administrative support to manager
• Occasional travelling may be required (local)

Other information and requirements:

• Able to handle multiple tasks and administrative work independently
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Entry Level are welcome to apply
