MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - 5 DAYS WORK WEEK with *2K COMPLETION BONUS* at CMCR Martin
Responsibilities:
Management Trainee will learn the relevant business management skills as well as the technical skills in order to lead and operate a high volume, specialty coffee focused cafe in a 12-month period. We educate trainees on the hands-on skills, service techniques, restaurant operations as well as communicating with stakeholders. This will enable them to create high performing teams with a great culture.

What you will learn:
Latte art and the various coffee brewing methods
Operations of a Roastery & Barista Academy
F&B inventory management system and supply chain system
Café and restaurant operation from opening to closing with hands-on experience
Strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
Engaging and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Online Systems (LMS / Payroll) and database management and record-keeping
People and roster management
