Fonterra Brands (Singapore) Pte. Ltd – Sales Operations Executive

Some of the key areas you would own:

• Support the sales team in executing sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Manage sales operations issues such as product requirements changes, shipping delays or customer complaints etc.
• Design and build dashboards that visualize data insights, enabling relevant stakeholders to get answers themselves to their business questions.
• Evaluate available data sources, understand definitions and limitations, implement processes to derive appropriate datasets.
• Engage multiple stakeholders within the organization to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with unparalleled attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education with at least 4-5 years of sales operations experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Advance Excel (i.e. Advance Pivot, Macro, etc) a must.
• Power BI Capabilities (experience in building dashboard) strongly preferred.
• Ability to manipulate tables & datasets across multiple systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc).
• Team player who is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Resourceful, reliable and has the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Other ASEAN country language skills e.g. Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese will be a strong advantage.
