Fonterra Brands (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. – Sales Capability Intern

Purpose of role:

An opportunity to work with high performing sales team in supporting global consumer brands in the Dairy industry and collaborate with different countries’ market to deliver key results.

The intern is to support the MT JBP projects, e-learning design and deliver project and 5 Training bootcamps.

Scope of work:

· Support the visual contents for the e-learning modules

· Project manage the e-learning and respective JBP projects

· Coordinate the bootcamps and key next steps with OpsCo

· Develop and facilitate the end-to-end logistics for the Train-the-trainer workshops

Key Learnings:

- Presentation skills

- Practical project management to make best impact

- Confidence in managing senior key stakeholders

- Learning and Development methodology

- Collaboration and Impactful influencing skills

Qualifications

· Be in the final year of Tertiary education majoring in Marketing.

· Have exposure to sales or marketing and a keen interest in the FMCG industry.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Excellent project management and collaboration skills

· Proficiency in using Ms Powerpoint

· Digital savvyness

1) Only local students in Singapore who are able to commit for the entire period of internship from 1 July to 31 December 2021 will be considered.
