Job Description

This role will support FOMO Pay’s Remittances business to facilitate client’s onboarding processes. Someone who possess strong passion in Fintech ecosystem, detail-oriented, self-driven and good communication skill sets with ability to speak to multiple stakeholders will be deemed suitable for this position.

 

  • Reviewing client documents to facilitate onboarding process
  • Supporting Account Managers on key accounts
  • Perform business development and related support activities
  • Working with internal stakeholders for problem-solving to ensure clients’ satisfaction
  • Educate merchants on the utilisation of application
  • Perform initial sales pitch to generate leads
  • Cold-calling potential merchants
  • Work closely and provide assistance with the Business Development team

Requirements:

  • Ability to converse well in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Responsible individuals and self-motivated
  • Good communication and persuasive skills;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
