Join our dynamic team as a Payment Operations Intern and play a pivotal role in revolutionising how merchants across various industries engage with the future of commerce. Step into the heart of the action as you roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on support to our valued merchants. Be the go-to expert for device and Point of Sale Machine (POSM) distribution, and conducting engaging briefing/training sessions that empower businesses to harness the full potential of our digital payment innovative solutions.
- Work closely and provide assistance to the Payment Business Development team
- In charge of onboarding merchants with various payment method
- Whitelist of different payment methods with diverse payment partners
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to the merchants’ requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues by liaising with the internal team
- Assist in data entry, maintenance, and analysis of operational data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes
- Engage in collaborative partnerships with diverse payment partners to facilitate the onboarding process
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process manuals
- Assist in some payment deployments to merchants if required
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to converse well in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients
- Strong logical thinking and organisation skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
