Flying Chalks – Summer Camp Program Assistant

Flying Chalks is an award-winning global study abroad specialist. We also run educational programs in Singapore for international students. 

Hi everyone, we are welcoming a group of Vietnamese students (aged 10-16 years old) for our Singapore Summer Camp Program. The program will be conducted in English and we are looking for a program assistant to help facilitate the program.

Dates: 15th – 19th Jun (Monday to Friday)

Work Schedule: 
- 15th Jun: 12pm – 9pm
- 16th Jun: 9.30am – 8pm
- 17th Jun: 10am – 9pm
- 18th Jun: 10am – 9pm
- 19th Jun: 8.30am – 9pm

Total work hours (excluding meal times): 45 hours

Remuneration ($500) + Transport allowance ($30)
Total remuneration: $530

• Support the Camp Leader in delivering an exciting and memorable educational and cultural immersion program for the students.
• Accompany students throughout educational visits, workshops, sightseeing activities, and campus tours, as well as share your experiences and insights about studying, living, and working in Singapore.
• Pick up and send off the students at their student dormitory each day, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times when commuting via public transport.
• Take photos and videos to document the tour; filter and compile the footage at the end of each day

 Job requirements:

• Able to commit to the entire duration of the program
• Have a mobile phone or camera that can take clear, high-quality photos and videos
• Comfortable with young students (10-16 years old)
• Physically fit, as lots of walking and commuting via public transport are expected
• Familiar with Singapore and its popular tourist attractions (e.g. Sentosa, USS, Gardens by the Bay etc.)
