Community Management Freelance (3 Months Contract)

The community management role is responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness and loyalty.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Support social team in the development of content for Social Channels and Forum/Blog Channels
• Planning and maintaining a conversation on forums & other social channels ensuring that it is always relevant and engaging. 
• Engaging with fans on forums & other social channels to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
• Daily tracking and analyzing the engagement performance & update KPI tracker
• Create weekly reports of total performance 
• Carry out research and identify top community or social channels
• Assist in basic photo editing.

 SKILLS:

• Passionate and articulate with the ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.
• Comfortable using all social media networks and curious about new emerging platforms and features.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential.
• Strong command of English. Understand the tone of voice of key target groups and write relevant/engaging post copy. Any additional language is plus.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to come into the office 5 times a week (Working hours are from 10 am - 6 pm)
