We are a Bespoke Jewellery company specializing in crafting bespoke jewellery. With over two decades of experience, catering to a distinguished clientele, including celebrities, high-profile individuals and some of the top pageants in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Proficient in interacting with the audiences to generate engagement and drive sales.
• Maintain the social media presence and grow followers
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor digital marketing content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.
• Create, schedule publish, and monitor content for the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and video editing to support sales efforts.
• Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media, providing excellent customer service and support
• Arrange meetings and appointments with potential customer
• Create and publish product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada , Carousell and etc)
• Manage promotions and campaigns to increase sales
• Plan, organise and manage advertising and promotional activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement & Skills

• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office Words and Excel
• Knowledge of using Canva and Capcut
• Bonus points if you're familiar with illustrator, photoshop and or any 3D design software
• Experience in crafting marketing collaterals and communicates through various media platforms is preferred
• No experience welcome to apply - Training provided

Other information

• Monday to Friday (Flexible 2 – 3 days per week, 4 hrs per day)
• Will be discussed based on your schedule
• Basic + Commission.
• $10/hr (Part Time)
