Job Description

Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities: 

You will be mainly responsible for HR and Payroll activities. You will also assist in internal recruitment and talent management activities. Beside HR & Payroll , about 25% of the time will spent on accounting activities. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Payroll and HR duties (50%) 

  • Monthly payroll preparation ( Leave & medical claim administration; CPF contribution, Tax filing, etc)
  • Immigration and Induction for new employees
  • Group Insurance scheme administration and follow-up between employees and Insurance Company/ Insurance Agent
  • Assist in company events, employee communication of HR policies
  • Other ad-hoc projects to support the management if required.

Talent Acquisition (25%)

  • You will be responsible for meeting staffing requirements from sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding process. You will be required to establish a strong sourcing network and conduct database/ internet search with the use of all possible e-recruitment tools available. Specifically, your duties will include the following:
  • Sourcing for a pool of good and potential candidates including referral scheme administration.
  • Corresponding with candidates for interview schedules and post-interview follow-ups
  • Finalization of staffing requirements (Candidates accepting Offer, confirmation of joining date, etc)

Accounting & Contract Administration (25%): 

  • Responsible for contract preparation & administration.
  • Monthly invoicing & preparation of accounts statements.

Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic and enterprising individual with multi- tasking abilities and strong communication skills.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)/ Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)/Science & Technology.Polytechnic and University students are welcomed to apply.

  • Required skill(s): Technical Recruitment, Understanding of IT/Engineering tech, Communication skills.
  • Applicants should be Singaporean, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Conversion to full-Time positions available.
