As an intern in our marketplace operations team, you will be responsible for:

1) Helping our customers with putting up their listings

2) Ensuring that customer listings adhere to our marketplace quality guidelines

3) Addressing enquiries from our customers

4) Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and propose solutions
