Marketing Assistant (Part-time)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
a. Create and send out periodic marketing email to client database
b. Identify engaged prospects via email statistics and follow-up
c. Manage prospect contact list and CRM system
d. Maintain and update website content via HubSpot
e. Assist in creation of rolling quarterly content calendar for various digital channels
f. Creation and posting of contents according to content calendar
g. Collating marketing statistics to analyse performance of different platforms / channels
h. Assist in producing marketing campaigns based on business needs, from ideation to execution of campaign
i. Profiling of warm prospects and refining brand persona
Others: Administrative or other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
a. Currently taking or have completed a digital marketing course. Business / Marketing fresh graduates are also welcome
b. Comfortable working in a small team and remote-working environment
c. Possess a personal computer / laptop with MS Office
d. Is comfortable handling cloud-based platforms like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Canva and MS Office
e. Can commit to 20 hours a week in total, which includes 16 hours working remotely and 4 hours face-to-face / online meeting
Plus Points:
a. Quick to learn and use new software and cloud-based systems
b. Can do simple graphic design work on computer (Canva)
