Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
Assist in processing supplier invoices and staff claims
Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders
Prepare payment vouchers and support payment processing
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Assist in issuing invoices to corporate clients (if applicable)
Support in monitoring outstanding balances
Perform basic follow-ups on overdue payments
Reconciliation & Reporting
Assist in bank reconciliation
Support monthly outlet sales reconciliation
Assist in preparing month-end reports and schedules
Ensure data accuracy in accounting systems
Administrative & Compliance Support
Assist with GST documentation and record keeping
Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
