• Sorting and data entry of invoices & delivery orders
• Prepare Payment Voucher document for Giro entries
• Checking of monthly general ledger before Manager generates the P&L report
• Checking / preparing of quarterly GST submission
• Issue invoices and follow up on debtors’ payments
• Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system
• Assist with monthly administrative payroll duties
• Other administrative duties including picking up of calls and walk-in related enquiries
