Job Description
- Sorting and data entry of invoices & delivery orders
- Prepare Payment Voucher document for Giro entries
- Checking of monthly general ledger before Manager generates the P&L report
- Checking / preparing of quarterly GST submission
- Issue invoices and follow up on debtors’ payments
- Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system
- Assist with monthly administrative payroll duties
- Other administrative duties including picking up of calls and walk-in related enquiries
