Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including job posting, coordinating interviews, and assisting in candidate selection processes.
  • Work with hiring managers to prepare and update job descriptions and hiring requirements.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, employment letters, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including documentation and internal communication.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing employee orientation sessions, training coordination, and HR-related activities.
  • Support internship recruitment and coordination with educational institutions where required.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations and company events such as employee engagement activities or internal meetings.
  • Ensure HR documentation is properly maintained and updated in compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability or able to start work soon is preferred.
  • Open to converting internship into full-time role based on performance.
