First REIT Management Limited – Executive (Investor Relations, Communications & Sustainability)

Responsibilities

• Develop content to communicate key messages through media releases, announcements, annual report, sustainability report, investor presentations, corporate website and other communication materials or platforms
• Research and monitor market information and reports from analysts, industry, competitors and news articles and provide timely feedback to Management
• Organise and coordinate engagement activities including quarterly and yearly results announcements for the REIT, roadshows, conferences, analysts and investor meetings
• Support in ESG-related information management 
• Assist in any other adhoc communications related projects or tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Finance or Real Estate. 
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. 
• Motivated team player with deep interest in real estate investment.
• Role to liaise with Japan and Indonesia stakeholders. Knowledge of Japanese or Bahassa Indonesia will be advantageous.
