Job Description
  • Contributing to the formulation and collation, of FAB’s operational SOPs
  • Ensuring local and applicable regulatory guidelines are adhered to when formulating operational SOPs
  • Keeping up to date with office procedures, policy guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Co-ordinating across multiple teams through requirement gathering, process flow and produce clear requirement documentations
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned by line manager

Minimum Experience:

  • Knowledge of Banking and Finance preferred
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills (Ability to use Microsoft Visio would be advantageous)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to taking on a broad range of responsibilities
  • Work well under pressure with ability to meet tight timelines
  • Comfortable interacting with people from different culture and background
  • Good team player
