FINXFLO is looking for a Sociable and Fast-Learning Personal Assistant to our Group General Manager!
FINXFLO is a MAS regulated crypto brokerage designed to help traders access the best prices with an unparalleled level of transparency and efficiency.
We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Personal Assistant to perform a variety of business administration and business critical tasks.
In short, what you will be doing:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from the Global Group Manager
- Organize and schedule needed appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Act as the point of contact and liaise with executives and assistants to handle request and queries from senior managers.
- Partake in strategic business projects and any ad-hoc assignments from the Group General Manager
- Learning and growing under the mentorship of FINXFLO’s Group General Manager
Job Description
What you need to bring along:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management/Administration or equivalent
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- No experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Passion to kickstart your career in the Cryptocurrency industry and willingness to learn
