The regional office of Festo South East Asia and its Distribution Center located in Singapore. The internship program in Festo RSC ASEAN (Regional Service Center) aims to provide the student a chance to experience of the work environment and allow them to apply the knowledge, skill sets and technique gained from the lessons. The intern successfully enrolled on the program will work on various real life improvement projects in both logistic and production facility and he/she is reports directly to the Head of Regional Service Center (RSC ASEAN). 

Job Description
  • Involved in real-life projects alongside engineering practitioners.
  • Perform data recording and data analysis (quality, cost, productivity, delivery)
  •  on various production and logistic processes.
  • Involve in root causes analysis and problem solving process to optimize the current processes.
  • Assist production/logistic supervisor to maintain the documentation related to CIP (continuous improvement), 5S etc.
  • Work with production/logistic supervisor for enhance visual management at shopfloor.
  • Conduct random inspection on production and logistic facility, report deviations to supervisor.
  • Assist for training/workshop preparation.
  • Liaise with supply chain/buyers to follow-up purchasing.
  • Perform support on daily task in warehouse upon requested.
