Job Purpose
Feet Care Operations Intern ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staffs. He / she will learn about the different feet issues and their solutions, the management of day to day business operations, and building of effective clients' and suppliers' relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for Feet Care Specialists
- liaise with suppliers and customers for inventory and orders
- handles social media platforms and company's publicity
- manages company's online business platform
- provide general administrative and clerical support
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- perform data entry
Job Requirements
- basic Microsoft office skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- takes initiative and have a sense of urgency, ability to get things done
- good judgement in prioritizing and planning
- good time management and able to multi-task
- attentive to details
