- Learning end-to-end business cycles and client relationship management.
- Conduct training programme for merchants on our platform utilisation.
- Provide strategic feedback on business gaps.
- Be part of the organising team for new initiatives (e.g Food Fair, Pet Expo).
- Assist in the coordination and operational support required by the team for various merchants.
