Process orders on a daily basis
Procure goods from suppliers and factories
Facilitate and manage production and deliveries
Manage ground staff in sorting and packing of orders
Handle all enquiries via mobile on online platforms
Handle Complaints
Focus on positive customer experiences and conversion
Working Hours and Remuneration:
$2400 - $3000 per month, Mondays to Saturdays, 9am - 6pm
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Required Skills - Microsoft Office, Fast Typing, Computer Skills, Analytical mindset, Ability to Multi-task
