- Job Description
- Provide frontline customer service.
- Scheduling of appointments and patient registration.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Process invoice and payment collection.
- Assist doctor in minor procedures and treatments for patients.
- Maintain overall sterility, cleanliness and neatness of the clinic.
- Perform stock-take and ensure stock level is satisfactory.
- Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
