The incumbent is expected to:
- Constant scan of the regulatory landscape for latest development
- Prepare circulars for announcement and updates
- Ensure imported product labels are in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and category managers on food safety & quality issues.
- Conduct Factory Audits to ensure proper GMP is complied.
- Perform process and system audits at retail outlets.
- Draft audit reports and feedback reports for follow-up.
- Other tasks as assigned by the executive/manager
Qualifications
- Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related disciplines.
- Preferably with 1 – 2 years relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
- Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or ISO 9001 will be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
- Motivated and results oriented.
- Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
- Ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Independent and able to make decisions
