Finance Assistant (6 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on collections from customers and update receipts daily. Some credit control required.
• Generate and print invoices in accordance with supporting DO, certifications or handover letters.
• Perform reconciliations and matching of bank reconciliation, AR and deposit accounts, including commercial invoices.
• Analyse AR aging and calculate bad debt provision monthly.
• Maintain reconciliations for bank, AR and deposit accounts monthly.
• Generate invoices, proforma, debit and credit notes on timely basis.
• Send out monthly statement of accounts and follow up with customers.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Good administrative skills.
• Fast learner.
• Proactive & good attitude.
