Job Description
Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, with full day on alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via calls with excellent work etiquette and patience.
- Coordinate and monitor all customer orders from submission until final delivery
- Liaise between customers and the internal operation team
Requirements:
- Highly customer oriented
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
- Bilingual English and Chinese (speaking and typing only, no written) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Training of new hotline employees
- Good command of English language for formal writing
