Logistics Intern (6 Months)
Interns will be tasked to:
- Provide administrative support to warehouse/delivery managers in daily operations
- Assist with office and warehouse operations by communicating with landlord, contractors, vendors, partners and correspondence
- Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance; arrange repairs and monitor equipment operation
- Maintain supplies through checking inventory levels and making necessary orders
- Maintain company's equipment/properties and handle petty cash
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (Spoken and Written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Have good communication and planning skills
- Possesses initiatives and creativity to drive process improvements
- A good team player
