Responsibilities:
- Monitor Staff time attendance
- Staff communication & correspondence
- Employee welfare, benefits & compensation
- Basic administration work
- Communicating with vendor or supplier
- Assist to fixed asset management
- Assist Document filing and receiving, basic paper work
- Additional duty assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Active, pleasant personality & cheerful
- Good team player and able to work under minimal supervision
- Able to start immediately or short notice period will be an added advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor degree students (studying or graduated) preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
Working Hours:
- 5 days work week
- Working Location : Taiseng
