Candidate will be involved in managing daily retail and office operations and ensuring that all the outlets are performing in accordance to SOP.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Train new staff on the retail SOP and ensure existing staff adhere to the SOP
• Monitor the store inventory level at the outlets and coordinate stock movements between HQ and outlets
• Handle customer feedback and escalate customer complaints to operations manager
• Ensure proper merchandising display and housekeeping
• Monitor cash float and cash received in the outlets and coordinate cash exchange and collections
• Monitor and schedule staff roster to ensure sufficient manpower
• Resolve any technical issues affecting operations
• Adjust and justify errors in sales ticket

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Experience in retail operations preferred
• Working Location: Based around outlets and sometimes HQ at paya lebar
