Expressions Pte Ltd – Accounting Intern

Intern will be supporting the accounting functions of a beauty retail company. Responsibilities are as follow but not limited to:

- Check and reconcile daily receivables from the retail stores and e-Commerce
- Enter journal entries for receivables and payables into software
- Update profit and loss statements
- Update breakeven point report
- Assist in staff commission calculation for payroll
- Process retail vouchers reimbursement
- Record cash claims and card expenditures
- Adhoc reporting of product costing or advertising expenses

Requirements:
- Pursuing accounting degree or diploma
- Prior experience in accounting and accounting software will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented

Work location: Macpherson - 9am to 6.30pm
