Job Description
- Support in human resource and general admin functions
- Talent acquisition from job posting, screening to interview of candidates
- Collate data and perform simple data analysis
- Prepare letter of appointments and documents required for new hires P-files
- Administer staff confirmation, and prepare letters for promotion, warning, termination, dismissal, etc.
- Update and maintain accurate employee data, leave records, insurance and medical claims
- Verify staff attendance against roster
- Assist in project staff monthly payroll
- Administer project staff’s PPE requirements including uniform, safety shoes, etc. if any
- On-boarding and off-boarding arrangements
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
