Together with our subsidiary company, E Tech Business Services (A Recruitment Agency - Initially started out as a recruitment department in our parent company), Expertise Technologies could now reach out to serve existing and new customers for their business processes, manpower and hiring needs. 

• Support in human resource and general admin functions
• Talent acquisition from job posting, screening to interview of candidates
• Collate data and perform simple data analysis
• Prepare letter of appointments and documents required for new hires P-files
• Administer staff confirmation, and prepare letters for promotion, warning, termination, dismissal, etc.
• Update and maintain accurate employee data, leave records, insurance and medical claims
• Verify staff attendance against roster
• Assist in project staff monthly payroll
• Administer project staff’s PPE requirements including uniform, safety shoes, etc. if any
• On-boarding and off-boarding arrangements
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
