- Customer relationship via websites/emails/LIVE session Q&A
- Response to customer inquiries, manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ecommerce inventory: coordinate order processing, fulfilment, delivery and returns of customers’ orders daily.
- Basic Knowledge on products listed in the ecommerce platforms.
Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willing to learn and experience a variety of job roles.
- Candidate preferably needs to have basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic usage/application.
