Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle administration of customers before, during and after programs/training/workshops (‘activities’)
  • Ensure all on-site activities are performed at optimal standards, including but not limited to provision of necessary logistics, documents, refreshments etc.
  • Responsible for daily operations, scheduling and supervising operations
  • Responsible for inserting data into respective documents and keep the customer database updated
  • Establish, maintain and implement appropriate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes
  • Responsible for invoicing clients and submit claim forms for respective people in the coaching division
  • Close monitoring, updating and tracking of project’s process and timeline
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
  • Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls
  • Management of division budget in coordination with the Division Manager
  • Participate in projects and/or organizing events as well as undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
