Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- · Sell tickets and F&B products over the counter
- · Cashiering duties which includes cash handling ,opening and closing of till, completion of end day report, handing over of cash and reports to Managers
- · Preparation of food and beverages including light meals and snacks
- · Delivery of light meals and snacks to patrons
- · Attending to all enquiries including enquiries on the shows, procedures, discounts / promotions, food and beverage
- · Perform stock take procedures and replenishing of stocks at display counters
- · Ushering duties
- · Maintenance of work station and counter, ensuring that they are well-stocked with the right stationery, clean, dry and tide at all times. This is includes floor cleaning, when necessary.
- Maintenance of POS, ensuring that it is in good working condition. Reporting of system faults or irregularities to the Manager
Requirements:
- Multitasking
- Service oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and fluent in English
- Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
