Responsibilities:
- Attend to people in the retail areas of the Academy to maximize sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain the appearance of the retail display to the standards required.
- Fulfill online store orders and customer service for Evolve Fight Gear ( https://evolve-fightgear.com/ ).
- Hit monthly targets for retail sales.
- Track sales trends and propose new visual merchandising ideas to improve retail sales.
- Assist with stock counts and report generation.
- Support daily Academy operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about sports, Martial Arts and/or fitness
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve monthly targets
- Able to work retail hours (inclusive of weekends and PH)
