Responsibilities:
- Manage and fulfill online inquiries and orders for Evolve Fight Gear
- Manage and fulfill online inquiries and orders for Evolve University
- Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales for Evolve Fight Gear and Evolve University
- Making trips to warehouse and facilitating stock transfers amongst various locations to support their daily retail operations
- Ensure accuracy of inventory stock records
- Assist with stock counts, stock reconciliation, and compilation of reports
- Liaise with suppliers for inventory restock in a timely manner
- Work with other departments across locations to meet Evolve Fight Gear’s revenue targets
- Assist with marketing plans and execution to meet targets
- Responsible for the printing of products and fight attire for the Evolve Fight Team such as t-shirts and banner
- Responsible for overall inventory management, including optimizing stock levels and ensuring timely restocking when needed
Requirements:
- Understand the ground roots of retail operations (stockrooms, monitoring product flow/distributions, stock-loss prevention, product display, selling activities, customer handling)
- Have the drive for sales
- Having a passion for sports or martial arts is an added advantage
