Job Description

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand's goals and target audience.

• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Schedule and publish posts across social media channels using social media management tools.

• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and brand growth.

• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to increase brand visibility and audience participation.

• Utilize data and analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.

• Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and trends, exploring opportunities for brand expansion and innovation.

• Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant personalities to amplify the brand's presence.

• Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand reputation.

• Keep the brand's social media profiles up-to-date with accurate information, images, and branding elements.

• Assist in crisis management by addressing and mitigating any negative sentiment or PR issues on social media platforms.

• Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and seamless customer experience across social media channels.

• Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, policies, and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.
